An Induction-cum-orientation and team building program was organized for 16 data entry associates (19-23 January 2010). Sessions focused on an overview of the project, meso data collection and management, survey instruments and an orientation to CSPro software which proved to be very useful. The program also had an HR orientation session followed by hands-on training in MS-Office, MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint. The session on personality development led by Siva Kumar, Director, Envision Satyalaya Pvt. Ltd, saw participants being split into groups and given tasks to complete, thereby helping them to bond and work together in a team spirit.
